Faith Journeys provide Christians with opportunities to deepen their faith by experiencing the places where biblical and church history unfolded. From the lands of Scripture and the ministry of Jesus to the early Church and the movements that shaped Christian history, each journey connects what we learn with the people, places, and events that have shaped our faith.
More than educational travel, Faith Journeys are designed to strengthen biblical understanding, deepen spiritual conviction, and encourage believers in their walk with Christ. Through firsthand experiences, biblical teaching, fellowship, and reflection, participants return home not only with greater knowledge but better equipped to live and share their faith with confidence, boldness, and devotion.
Some lessons are best learned by going where they happened.
Faith Journeys: Walk Where Faith Stood Firm begins in Geneva, Switzerland, at the heart of the Protestant Reformation. We will walk the streets and visit the places where men such as John Calvin and other Reformers proclaimed the authority of Scripture, defended the Gospel, and helped shape generations of Christian faith.
But this journey is not simply about looking backward.
From Geneva, we will travel through the Swiss Alps to Lenk for the International Baptist Convention Men’s Conference, joining Christian men from around the world for biblical teaching, worship, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement.
This Faith Journey is designed for men who want more than another trip. It is an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, spend intentional time with the Lord, build genuine brotherhood, and examine what it means to stand firmly for Christ in our own generation.
We will walk where others stood firm in the faith, learn from their courage and conviction, and ask an important question:
Where is God calling us to stand, lead, and serve today?

Planning is underway for our inaugural Faith Journey in fall 2027.
Join Christ Compass Academy as we explore the world of the New Testament, studying Scripture in the places where Paul preached, churches were established, and the Gospel spread across the ancient Mediterranean.
Possible destinations include Athens, Corinth, Philippi, Thessaloniki, Ephesus, Rhodes, and other sites connected to Paul and the early church.
This is more than a tour. It is an educational journey designed to help Scripture come alive through biblical teaching, Christian fellowship, and firsthand exploration of the places behind the text.

Step into the places where the Protestant Reformation changed the course of church history. Journey through Germany and Switzerland as we explore the lives, convictions, and sacrifices of Martin Luther, John Calvin, John Knox, and other Reformers who stood boldly for the authority of God’s Word.
Possible journey highlights include:
~Wittenberg and All Saints’ Church, where Luther posted his 95 Theses
~Luther House and the historic churches of Wittenberg
~Wartburg Castle, where Luther translated the New Testament into German
~Worms and the site of the Diet of Worms
~Mainz and the Gutenberg Museum
~Geneva’s St. Pierre Cathedral, Calvin Auditory, International Museum of the Reformation, and Reformation Wall.
